Materials:

1. Healing Bath Salt

2. Bless Candle

3. Journal

Instructions:

1. Prepare a bath and add the Healing Bath Salt to the bath water.

2. Light the Bless Candle and visualize yourself going through healing and purification.

3. See the old self die and the new self be reborn and understand that this is the beginning of this process.

4. Burn the candle for at least 15 minutes before continuing tomorrow.
